1- Simple Living, High Thinking:

2- Look at a man younger than you:

Many times we see people older than us in their success considering their money, bungalows, cars we become sad and think that we are very poor even though we are living a good life. But have you ever seen a man younger than you?

For example, a person is selling vegetables on the street, a beggar begging, a laborer working to feed his family, a farmer who works hard in the sun etc. When you see a man younger than you working hard, you feel positive and motivated to never give up. Life isn’t a race.

3- Stay away from negative thinking people:

You will find many people in your life who talk negatively from morning to evening always thinking badly. You should stay away from such people. You should make friends with those who are always happy and talk about good things.

4- Do yoga, meditate:

You should do Yoga and Meditation to feel positive in life. Along with this, you should also exercise. All these activities relieve stress in our brains.

5- Do good, help poor people, donate:

Whenever you are feeling negative in life, try at that time to do a good job like helping others, donating, supporting Poor people, feeding the hungry, giving clothes to the naked and destitute person, helping a troubled man etc. When you do such good deeds and honest works, you feel positive from within.

6- Get good sleep:

6 to 8 hours of sleep is considered good. If you sleep well, you do not feel lethargic while working during the day. There is energy in you and you always feel positive.

7- Be Thankful:

You should be grateful. You should say “thank you” to others. We have found many such things in life which many people haven’t. Despite this, we never thank anyone. Nature has given us a lot.

Nature gave us land to live on, vegetables to eat, parents yet we never become grateful. Therefore we should be thankful for all the good things. Whoever helps you deserves a “Thank You”

8- Don’t think about the past, pay attention to the present:

Many people are lost in the past. They also waste their present time remembering the bad things that happened to them. This happens to many people. If you remain lost in the past, you will never be able to succeed.

Therefore, it is better that you pay more attention to the present. Do not think again about what has happened to you in the past.

9- There is a deep connection between a healthy body and positive thinking:

You must have heard that the negative things always come in the mind of those who are sick. They have different types of sufferings. Therefore you should always insist on being healthy by avoiding unhealthy food such as fried roast and spicy food. Exercise and work out a lot.

Bad habits such as drinking alcohol, smoking and consuming intoxicants should always be avoided. If your body is healthy then automatically your thinking becomes good and positive. Good thoughts will come to your mind and you will always be happy.

There are problems in the lives of every person. There are fewer problems in the lives of some people but there are many problems in the lives of other people. There are many great men who have faced many problems but never gave up.

Great Men such as Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Swami Vivekananda, Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, etc. Whenever you feel hopeless in life read biographies of great men. This is a great solution, you will become motivated immediately.

11- Negative thinking is related to the problem:

Whenever any type of problem occurs in a person’s life, he starts thinking in a negative direction. For example, if a young man is unemployed or not getting a job, he then slowly starts thinking that there is no qualification/ability in him.

Some people do not have children so they make bad feelings about themselves that they may have done something wrong in their previous life. In this way, when a problem arises, a person’s thinking automatically goes in a negative direction.

You need to find a solution to the problem. Just worrying day and night will not solve the problem. Rather, we have to find a solution.
